Major responsibility of Leading the entire Food & Beverage Team.

Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:-
Set operating goals and objectives as well access staffing requirements and recruit staff when needed.
Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Manage staff performance in accordance with established standards and procedures & ensure staff know and adhere to established codes of practice.
Organize and monitor staff schedules
Co-ordinate restaurant operations during each shift.

Check quality of deliveries and ensure documentation handed in a correct manner.
Arrange for maintenance and repairs of equipment and services.

Operationally Involved in setting up New F&B outlets with a unique concept for Al-Makan.
