• Identify problems encountered and recommend solutions and corrective actions;
• Monitor service provider’s activities through weekly operational reporting;
• Verify service provider’s effectiveness task completion;
• Prepare detailed reports on shortfalls and findings;
• Ensure all health and safety requirements are being met and identify risks where applicable;
• Handle, manage, and report occupants’ complaints and respond to their needs;
