Responsible for the professional operation of the branch alongside the manager consisting of:
* Conducting daily boardroom meetings with all staff
* Maintaining Office structure on a day to day basis
* Developing new marketing and advertising strategies

My role here was very much to drive and generate as much new business as possible in the pre-sale
and re-launch of the £350, 000 refurbishment to the leisure centre and to help achieve the very high
targets that were set. I was Senior here and worked alongside the manager to create marketing
ideas and ways to promote the new leisure centre to the public. As senior I would also be
responsible for the team when the Manager was off and on holiday and on a daily basis was asked to
take the morning meetings and structure the day for the team.
