Job Profile:
•Responsible for the smooth operation of the regional office, Area Offices and the company owned stores across the region.

•Identify the snags and workout the mitigation plan within the TAT
•Ensuring timely renewal of AMC‘s and carryout maintenance as per schedule
•Managing the Preventive Maintenance plan and ensure the adherence of all the activity as per Schedule
• Identify Hotels and negotiate the rates across the region to facilitate the frequent travel requirements.
•Oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Facilities Management team.
•People processes - Team Management, Appraisal and Performance reviews
•Preparation of annual budget and oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets.
•Identify the pain areas, develop processes and implement efficiently
•Periodic review with the business in all verticals and align the admin process according to the business requirement
