SITE SURVEYOR / SITE SUPERVISOR
• To conduct actual opening measurements for the preparation of cutting list, otherwise cutting list will proceed if there’s any agreed measurements.
• To prepare and provide setting out coordinate points for actual lay-out.
• To provide the necessary supervision in the implementation of the projects.
• To prepare and submit As-built survey reports.
• To coordinate and worked with other surveyors, site engineers, site supervisors, inspectors to ensure quality assurance, production documentation and scheduling.
ENGINEERING ASSISTANT
• To prepare plans and program of works for medium size building structures or public facilities owned by the different barangays of the Municipality of Tubay, Agusan del Norte.
• To conduct inspections on residential, commercial, industrial and institutional building structures within the Municipality of Tubay, Agusan del Norte as required by the Building Code of the Philippines.
• To conduct road and lot survey and prepare subdivisions plans for barangay sites within the Municipality of Tubay, Agusan del Norte.
• To assist the different department of the National Government within the municipal jurisdiction of Tubay, Agusan del Norte for the preparation of plans and program of works for the alteration, renovation, repair of the facilities such as office buildings, school toilets, school stage, multi-purpose centre, day care centre, perimeter fence and etc.
• To provide the necessary supervision in the implementation of the different plans and program of works.
