& Responsibilities.
Connection and disconnection of power from individual meter boxes in line with terms of service between the company and clients.
Troubleshooting and testing of electrical equipments in case of a fault condition.
Ensuring a good working condition of electrical measuring components like ammeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters etc
Recording and reporting any kind of complaints from clients and providing feedback in time in line with company regulations.
Ensuring that overhead supply conductors are in good working conditions so as to avoid shortages and unnecessary power losses
Reporting any kind of damages and arrange for workouts as may be necessary for the team.
& Responsibilities.
Supervising the designated areas to ensure they are tidy at all times
Making daily work schedules and making sure that checklists are followed on time.
Getting equipped with the systematic ways of cleaning essential areas like laundries, lift lobbies, carpets and podium cleaning.
Carrying out COSHH assessments so that chemicals are kept and used correctly by all team members.
Ensuring grooming standards are upheld at work place.
Ensuring that the client receives the proper service regardless of their race and give feedback in time.
Being responsible for the material store key so that I can easily account for the materials used at the end of the month and in report making.
Ensure that work is done safely using appropriate PPE's
Do the administrative role in making decision and any other duties as may be required from manager
Manage employee inquires without first going to manager.
Equip new employees with skills on how to use machines and work according to the professional standards.
Skills and machine competence
Am versed with enough competence in dealing with housekeeping equipment according to BICS (British institute of Cleaning Science) standards, machines like:
Walk behind key (swswingo76
Vacuum cleaners (dust and dump vacuum cleaners)
Single disk machine
Pressure pump, power boss machine operation and maintenance
Marble maintenance and polishing
Carpet cleaning
Laundry and lift lobby cleaning
Podium cleaning.
