Key Achievements:
Acting as an ‘Agile Champion’ within my department and wider IT teams. I help teams share best practices and promote cross pollination of knowledge and experience as well help teams who are newly formed to adopt agile and put in place a suitable framework.
Project manager in Payments working on a large multi-million-pound programme to maintain and improve PCI compliance for M&S. This involves management of multiple projects with interlinking dependencies and timescales and a combination of in house and outsourced ‘black box’ development. I work closely with cyber security and the IT Leadership Team balancing business, security and IT requirements while ensuring budgetary constraints are well communicated and understood.
•Involved alongside senior management in building an Agile scrum team from the ground up

MSc in Computer Science achieving top distinction grade. My main focus was on software engineering practices and processes. My thesis, for which I was awarded a distinction was on the subject of software evolution.
Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering and Astronautics. My main focus was on the mathematics of orbital mechanics and space vehicle design. My thesis included the production of a mathematical model for the ballistic re-entry of a space vehicle.
