Provide engineering support to offshore gas fields. Working directly in offshore gas field provide support to all disciplines relate to mechanical, electrical, instrument. Lead RCA and failure analysis. Key focal point for all contractor relate communication, SOW development.

Lead a team of 50+ personnel comprising of lead mechanical engineers, mechanical engineers, technicians, and fitters for the timely execution of all actives and in accordance with quality standards. Tactfully negotiate and secure eight contracts for maintenance of rotating and static equipment, lifting equipment, HVAC, fire-fighting equipment, vibration diagnostic, and inspections.
Key Achievements:
 Conducting detailed availability analysis significantly enhanced the availability of the main gas compressors from 68% to 95%
 Provided direction to the mechanical team in achieving the defined goals through devising a strategy, also created the improvement plan to address gaps and streamlined process.
 Contributed in recruitment, onboarding and employee development through devising the job competence profiles for each position in a team.

Assured the execution of different maintenance tasks in accordance with defined standards by supervising the service contractors and in-house staff. Identified and resolved the technical fault by conducting vibration analysis, condition and performance monitoring. Collaborated in performing root cause analysis, failure modes and effects analysis to eliminate failures and assure the seamless running of equipment or process. Utilised TARO, SPARC to conduct the reliability and availability calculations.
Key Achievements:
 Designed and implemented maintenance strategy of rotating equipment introducing condition based maintenance (CBM) approach.
 Designed and implemented vibration and lubrication programs to reveal incipient failures.
 Achieved MTBF of gear pumps increase from 3 months to 3 years by conducting detailed investigation.

Supervised the execution of repair and maintenance activities on mechanical equipment, including Flowserve Pumps, Howden Compressors, and Solar Gas Turbines. Coordinated shutdown planning of critical maintenance activities as a shutdown planner and coordinator. Utilised LEAN methodologies while administering the project. Mitigated failure factors by creating preventive maintenance plans for mechanical equipment.
Key Achievements:
 Reduced operational risk by determining the critical equipment and spares as well as by creating the bill of materials for all critical equipment in Company.
 Saved $ 200, 000 for the organisation by formulating and deploying preservation program for spare parts at the warehouse.

Verified the executing of pipeline tie-ins activities within safe and defined manner by conducting job safety analysis and preparing work statement. Arranged emergency drills to handle the situation of oil spills, and fire on field pipelines in a calm manner. Controlled the corrosion of a metal surface by carrying out the maintenance and operation using cathodic protection techniques.
Key Achievements:
 Designed and rolled the Infield Pipelines Process Scheme, currently being used across all level of the organisation platforms.
 Created passports for all pipelines as per Russian legislation.
