JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Ensured that the construction activities were in compliance with health and safety rules, quality specification, performance requirements and project objectives called for in the contract.
2. Reviewed thoroughly all contract documents, with the help of discipline engineers and listed out the discrepancies between various documents for discussion.
3. Coordinated with various engineering disciplines to ensure that specifications are complied with and the design meets the requirements laid down in the contract documents.
4. Coordinated with procurement and site management team to ensure that all materials are received at site on time.
5. Coordinated inter discipline checks of various documents in accordance with Contractor’s Work Procedures.
6. Assisted the Project Manager to resolve technical issues/clarifications and preparation of progress reports.

1. Supervised civil works (earthworks, foundation works, structural steel erection and installation of underground facilities) on the construction of Hydrogen unit, Hydrocracking unit and Sulfur unit and on the HDU Revamp works at the existing area.

Atyrau Refinery Reconstruction (ARR) Project

1. Supervised civil works (pile driving, earthworks, foundation works, building of concrete equipment structures and installation of underground facilities) on the Gasoline Diesel Hydrotreater unit and Hydrogen unit. Weather temperature experience in the performance of work varied from +45°C to -20°C. Coordinated subcontractors’ site activities.

Land Fall Project
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Involved in Project Design and Procedure Documentation.
2. Supervised the construction of 120 linear meters sheet pile coffer dam, complete with extensive walers and struts and anchor wall structure. The Coffer Dam was constructed 100metres through Fill placed out into the sea. Dredging works were also included.
Tabangao - Sta. Rita Natural Gas Pipeline
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. In charge of Horizontal Direction Drilling (HDD) Subcontractor.
2. Coordinated mobilization of extensive equipment during the drilling, provided support services, followed by relocation of equipment to new Drilling locations. A total of 4 HDD’s were with a total distance of close to 3500 linear meter.
Sta. Rita 1000 MW Power Plant
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Involved in supervision of construction of jetty with mooring dolphins catering for oil tankers to 100, 000 DWT.
2. Assisted the project manager in all aspect of the mobilization stage of the project including securing government permits, sourcing out of subcontractors, local project workforce and equipment and material requirements of the project.
3. In charge of offshore piling, rebar fabrication, concreting and erection of precast piers.
Jurong Island Reclamation Project
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Supervised the installation of sheet pile protection for existing oil pipeline extending from shore to the offshore loading facility. Vibration caused by the driving of sheet piles on the pipeline was monitored throughout the sheet piling works.
2. Prepared tender documents.
Petro Chemical Singapore (PCS II) Project
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Coordinated equipment, manpower and material supply under the direction of the deputy project manager.
2. Supervised piling works, earthworks, road works, form works, rebar works and concreting works.
3. Prepared inspection request and report, manpower, activities and equipment reports.
4. Conducted material testing (i.e. nuclear density test on sub grade and base course of roads).
5. Works supervised include temporary and permanent roads, open ditch, box culverts, equipment foundations, pits and ponds, sea water outlet structure, pipe sleepers, pipe support, pipe rack foundation, sea water pipeline, tank foundation, concrete and gravel pavement, underground piping, duct banks, miscellaneous foundations, etc.
6. Actively involved in the preparation of claims to the client consisting of monthly progress claims as well as variation claims complete with substantiation. Prepared measured quantities of concrete, rebar, formworks, piping, etc.
Singapore Refining Company (SRC) RCC Expansion Project
