Main Job is to:
1. Maintain ISO 9001:2015 Certification of Alkhorayef Commercial.
2. Lead internal audits.
3. Lead the external audit during surveillance audit.
2. Inspect workplaces, looking for any violations of federal, state and local health and safety regulations, as well as for any potential threats to employees.
2. Recommend ways to improve conditions or avoid potential accidents and illnesses.Maintains Quality & OSHA compliance with the following:Perform routine job safety analyses, building safety inspections and reviews, Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention Programs, Hazard Communication Programs, Personal Protective Equipment Program, maintain training documentation programs.
3. Assist in maintaining safety guidelines, procedures, and policies
Able to effectively communicate both safety and environmental training topics
4. Assist in ensuring and monitoring regulatory issues. (i.e., OSHA)
Provide initial new-hire safety training and follow-up interaction for new employees
5. Assist the company with accident management and prevention
6. Lead accident investigations; identify root cause and countermeasures
7. Maintain and file documentation needed for reporting to controlling agencies
8. Able to interpret and decipher environmental permit requirements
9. Travel to off-site locations to conduct training on a scheduled basis
10. Report safety and environmental issues to the General Manager

The Safety, Health, Environment Lead serves as the Secretary to the Health and Safety committee. As such, he shall:
1. Prepare minutes of meetings
2. Report status of recommendations made
3. Notify members of the meetings
4. Submit to the employer a report of the activities of the committee, including recommendations made.
5. He also acts in an advisory capacity on all matters pertaining to health and safety for the guidance of the employer and the workers.
6. He conducts investigation of accidents as member of the Health and Safety committee and submits his separate report and analysis of accidents to the employer. He coordinates all health and safety training programs for the employees and employer.
7.He should conduct health and safety inspection as member of the committee. He must maintain or helps in the maintenance of an efficient accident record system and coordinates actions taken by the supervisors to eliminate accident causes.
8. Must provide assistance to government agencies in the conduct of the safety and health inspection, accident investigation or any other related programs. For purpose of effectiveness in a workplace where full time safety man is required, he shall report directly to the employer.

FOOD SAFETY REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Observed applicable Good Manufacturing Practices in the workplace.
• Ensure that the Food Safety Management System is implemented in the SHE department
• Work closely with other department heads to achieve FSMS goals and objectives.
• Supports the implementation and maintenance of Food Safety Management System.
SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES
•Conduct activities in an environmentally responsible manner
• To carry out individual occupational health and safety obligations.Plans and promotes safety programs.
• Maintains knowledge of all applicable OSHA, and other standards and administrative practices
• Conducts periodic environmental, health, and safety audits in all facilities
• Ensure relevant training and education for Safety and Health members.
• Ensure that the Safety and Health is established, implemented, maintained, and updated;
• Ensure that the current Safety and Health Management System meets the requirements of OHSAS 18001
•Report to Top Management on the performance of the Safety and Health Management System for review, including recommendations for improvement
• Record and communicate responsibilities and authorities
• Maintain records of responsibilities and authorities
• Prepares various reports, including charts and graphs, to determine trends and needs
•Evaluates hazardous conditions and recommends engineering controls, administrative controls, and/or personal protective equipment
• Collects, analyzes and maintains data essential for effective safety and environmental programs
• Coordinates and conducts work area assessment, surveys, and program evaluations to determine the presence of hazardous conditions, such as noise exposure, chemical exposure, indoor air quality, light levels, confined space, and ventilation in various areas
