- Manage the finance office with annual gross turnover of 60 million in revenue.
- Manage receviables and update SOA on monthly basis.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
-Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Prepare MIS report in line with the financial performance of business unit.
- Manage the expenditure accounts, revenue accounts and capital budgets in accordance with the Taaleem’s financial regulations.
- Processing allowances for staffs, Petty cash expenses & expense claims & final settlement of
employees.
- Provide the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with a monthly update on overall budget variance report to identify areas of relative spend and implement necessary controls.
- Established internal procedures and policies to ensure efficiency in operations.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliation and manage bank accounts.
- Manage procurement for process, control departmental budgets and get market competitive pricing for resources.
- Liaise with Taaleem to issue local purchase orders and overseas orders.
- Forecast and prepare preliminary budget with inputs to meet strategic goals.
- Support Facilities team with procurement process to ensure timely completion of work.
- Assist HR with staff salaries and supply payments. Documentation of new staffs, housing, furniture allowance.
- Prepare MIS reports for management reviews and internal audit.
- Interact with customers and get their feedback on areas of improvements.
