ROLE AND RESPONSIBLES: • Supervision, Handling, PAX services, Aircraft services (Loading/Offloading cargo, Fueling)
• Calculation Computers Flight Planes for the flights.
• Flight plan validations.
• Flight planning, route analyses.
• NOTAMs, Aeronautical Information Circulars, Air Navigation Orders and AIP analyses.
• Working with locals FBO and flight supports agents, discussion price for provided service with them.

• Preparation and transfer of briefing to crews (the list of permissions, CFP, Handling information)
• Provide customers with the necessary information on a course of performance of the current
flight.

• Tracking of company flights movements.
• Analyses post flight information, CPT reports, navigation invoices.
• Work with after flight archive, scanning documents, sending by departments, sorting by archive
folders.
• Preparation Customs papers, working with customs inspectors, proceed customs inspection
clearance.

• Handling arrangement at the airports.
• Maintenance of customers with necessary information on a course of performance of the current
flight.
• Making requests of countries on a route of flight on over flight, technical landing and traffic
rights permits through CAA and through local agents.
