Making sure the cleanliness of the bar is of standards which have been told to me by the manager, make drinks for costumers which also includes in taking care of my costumer making sure all his needs are fulfilled. To be able to use the cashier machine and to close all the money income by the restaurant at the end of the day and send all the reports straight to the office after working hours. On sundays when the manager is off, to deal with costumer complaints, to be able to evaluate whether or not to give a discount to costumers according to thier complaints, to speak to EMAAR representatives who come in to check the standards of the restaurant, to make sure they are being followed. To greet promoters who come into the restaurant to perform and make them feel welcome, whilst at the same time having to fix all thier machines and electronics to the DJ before their performances
Finished my high school diploma in Gems World Academy, Dubai. Now I study in Synergy University in JLT. The course I take is HORECA.
