I managed to increase the production by 45 % through new brokers and direct clients. I prepared the underwriting market study and improved our medical products to meet the market needs.
As direct brokerage firm: I managed to meet our clients' insurance requests by properly underwriting their policies according to their needs in Kuwait and Lebanon and by doing that our company clients' retention ratio and portfolio value increased. As reinsurance brokerage firm: I created from scratch a reinsurance platform consisting of class A reinsurers to meet our Clients' needs which in this case are the insurance companies.
I managed to reduce the cost of claims by improving our network of service providers I managed to increase our client's satisfaction due to our speed on solving their claims I managed to build a professional claims team members and an efficient department I succeeded on presenting an accurate reserving claims bordereau (o/s, settled)
Being the deputy head of the claims department for motor and non-motor claims in 15 branches in Lebanon and GCC, my role was to co- approve the big claims.
As we were a fully operational branch, my role was divided into head of underwriting/ head of claims and head of operations (budgeting, marketing, sales, customers service and Finance). I increased the company portfolio by 90 pct.
As we were a fully operational branch, all the underwriting, quotes and rates for all the lines were issued in the branch and same applied for the claims were approved and paid by the branch. My role was divided into head of underwriting/ head of claims.

My role was to review all the issued policies and to make sure that they abide by the treaty terms And to prepare the facultative offers and reinsurance slips.
