Managing diary and day to day administration of the Principal and family
Property Management: dealing with contractors and subcontractors, maintenance requests, negotiating on rates/contracts.
Liaison with personal bankers and lawyers to assist in the management of Principal’s personal assets.
• Providing overall executive-level support to the Chairman and key stakeholders
• Managing daily operations of the company.
• Managing company budgets, ensuring all company records and finances updated
• Managing all government applications and activities (Licensing, Immigration, Land Department, RERA, Central Bank, RTA)
• Organizing meetings and managing databases
• Liaising with staff, suppliers, clients and banks
• Translation of financial documents/letters from Russian language to English.
• Managing all aspects related to the Chairman’s personal properties and investments (family bookings, schools and universities, travel, cars, personal properties including renting, selling, buying, paying all personal bills and preparing expense reports)
• Manage all banking operations and relations (all personal and business accounts).
• Generate leads and maximize resources through promoting banking products and services for both retail clients and corporate.
• Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of number of customers, volumes and revenue.
• Proactively meet with new customers face to face and over the phone to discover their financial needs and provide product and service recommendations.
• Build and deepen relationship with new Priority Customers to achieve increase in revenues.
• Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction.
• Cross sell of bank’s other products.
• Update &maintain all Sales MIS.
• Constantly updated product and process knowledge.
Reviewing financial information and analyzing sales revenues, costs, expenses for all business units;
Preparing balance sheets, income statements, cash flows;
Conducting quantitative/qualitative analysis of financial data to forecast losses and earnings, identify future trends and risk assessment;
Writing reports with regards to clients and their service history;
Coordination and consolidating of annual business plan;
Providing analytical perspective to important strategic decisions.
