Achievements and responsibilities:
Providing 2nd line support to users and some 3rd Line support over the telephone, remotely and face to face to clients & internal staff members.
Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems.
Carry out on-site analysis, identification, and resolution of difficult desktop problems for end users.
Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
Traveling to client sites to help with installs, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Provide employee training and instructions (through presentations) regarding basic operation of software and hardware, technical support and quality standards.
Documenting and maintain the supply of all required inventory.
Supporting: Windows 7/ Windows 8/ Office 2007 and 2010,
Windows Server, 2008/2012, Active Directory management DNS/DHCP.
Responsible for: Installing and Configuring Print Server, Deploying by GPO and Define the access.
Installing and Configuring File Server and Define the access and Schedule Back up for File Server.
Creating and Configuring Home Folder, Rooming profiles, and Map Drive by GPO, and File Redirection by GPO.
Deploying and Prepare test environment with Vmware Esxi and Vsphere client.
Deploying and Configuring Win2k2012 R2 for a new Roles or Feature.
Achievements and responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to notebooks, desktops, printers and networks.
• Active Directory password and lockout resets.
• Troubleshoot problems with PLANAD standard software including Windows 7, MS Office 2010, and various other types of software used within the company.
• Installation and configuration of new equipment, including notebooks, desktops, printers and all software/hardware that might be used in the company.
• Responsible for asset management tasks such as bar-coding and computer asset auditing.
• Assist in resolving network infrastructure problems.
• Identifying possible support problems to management and offering possible plans of action to address those problems.
• Implement Planad policies and procedures where necessary.
• Acting as the first point of contact for all IT & technical queries.
