Responsibilities:
•Preparing shop drawing and co-ordination drawing.
•Reviewing the design and verifying the load calculations .
•Preparing material approval and submittals (calculation and selection) and compliance With technical specifications (AHU's, Fans, Pumps, FCU's...)
•Redesigning contract drawings due to modifications and revisions.
•Preparing Quantities and purchase orders, verifying receipt of items .
•Following-up of all mechanical works in site and preparing technical reports.
•Site inspections of all mechanical works, air conditioning, plumbing and fire protection systems .
•Testing, adjusting and balancing as per specification for all system.
•Solving the faults and errors of mechanical system.
