Responsibilities: Strategic development of real estate products for FF&P in the Former Soviet Union. Management of 2 real estate funds (over $600 million NAV). Led a number of successful exits. Established and implemented all proper corporate governance and reporting procedures required for the international institutional investment funds. Led the establishment of the infrastructure and investor base for new private equity funds.
Head of the Representative Office, Member of the Board and Management committee. Responsibilities: Strategic development of the entire line of AIG asset management and financial services (including asset management, wealth management, private equity, airplane leasing and consumer finance) business in the Former Soviet Union. Led the creation of new private equity funds, established and developed relations with the major investors and partners. Managerial financial and operational oversight of non-insurance operations. Implementation of all corporate governance instruments and procedures.

Partner and Chief Investment Strategist. Responsibilities: Advised the group on its overall financial and investment strategy. Sourced and led execution of number of large advisory and acquisition assignments in Ukraine, Georgia and Bulgaria. Led the formation of a fund management partnership with Laudenberg - Thalmann investment bank in Ukraine.
Private equity fund sponsored by Pioneer Group of Boston with a capital base of $150 million.
Responsibilities: identification and evaluation of business opportunities directed to the Fund; structuring transactions; conducting on-site due diligence, analysis and negotiations; extensive financial modelling and projecting; preparation of investment memoranda for the Investment Committee and Board of Directors; directing various legal counsels during deal execution process.
Investment Banking, Oil & Gas Group
Responsibilities: Evaluation, structuring and execution of capital markets and M&A transactions. Performed extensive financial analysis and modelling. Worked on numerous corporate finance and M&A transactions (including the largest M&A and corporate finance deals of 1993 in oil & gas sector) involving major domestic and international energy companies. Participated in major Latin American energy privatisations.
