Ensure accurate and timely Data extraction & preparation for the data analysis modeling to maintain
efficient Management Information system function.
* Improve reporting efficiency through automation for generating accurate and timely reports.
* Ensure Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
* Work closely with the software development team to capture additional data sources used for analysis.
* Utilizes advanced statistical techniques to create high-performing predictive models and creative
analyses, to address business objectives and client needs.
* Apply advanced statistical techniques to develop both prototypes and scalable data analyses.
* Identify assumptions, limitations, constraints, and key metrics of success to business problems.
* Effectively communicate data analytics process and findings to internal and external partners and
clients.
* Transform unstructured raw data in to formats suitable for modeling.
* Make business recommendations (e.g. cost-benefit, forecasting, and experiment analysis).
* Forecasts call volume demand and other contact demand volume
* Manages scheduling of sufficiently skilled staff based on historical volume across all brands both
short, medium and long-term.
* Schedules agent shifts and communicates shifts to appropriate team members.
* Ensure Monitoring of real time contact volume support service levels and staffing requirements.
* Implement real time mentoring approach to make sure that accurate contact center performance for same
day staffing adjustments.
* Develop and maintain capacity-planning tools to accurately forecast workload volume,
* Determine hiring needs and staff schedules.
* Plans for the impact of response to advertising, promotions, product launches and seasonality to
ensure adequate staffing for anticipated call volume.
