=> In hand experience with all Building & Infrastructure MEP contractors / Oil & Gas / RAIL segments.
=> Generating new leads by finding new projects & enquiries as well as handling existing customers throughout Qatar.
=> Individually handling from preparing costing sheets to arrange offer, booking metals to executing orders till payment collections.
=> Working for various Oil & Gas clients like QATAR GAS / QATAR PETROLEUM / QAFCO / QAPCO / QCHEM / QATAR RAIL / KAHRAMAA / LUSAIL TRAM / & Infrastructure consultants to make sure project tenders & job in hand RFQ’s are submitted on time.
=> Knowledge in the process & procedure of quoting tender RFQ’s for large projects valued more than 50 m QAR & job in hand RFQ’s.
=> Know ledged in preparing submittals arranging sample boards & having close follow up until getting the brand approved for various unapproved projects.
=> Close follow up with contractors for their future projects and assuring same level of assistance for new projects as well.
=> Handling large number of Retailers in Qatar and frequently visiting them to make sure they assist very small scale projects.
=> Working with various overseas consultants who participate in local tender projects & projects in MENA region.
=> Making sure to keep management & procurement & supply chain informed about upcoming huge volume orders to plan for raw materials accordingly so that lead time play a vital role in grabbing the order.
=> Making sure to send a complete offer to customer for various enquiries by co-ordinating with various NEXANS units around the globe.
=> Assisting various units of NEXANS to get approved in PVL.
=> Coordinating with various departments like technical, quality for pre order & post order activities also solving comments raised by customer.
=> Keeping track on assigned Gross Margin during annual budget and working on offers by abiding the company code of ethics and sales procedures.
Sales & Marketing for the products in Cables like Low Voltage Power & Control Cables, Medium Voltage Cables, PVC & LSF Building Wires/Cables, OCIFLAM-FSA - OCI Range of Fire Resistant Cables. Special Cables like Control cables, Instrumentation cables, FRRT cables.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Sales of OMAN CABLES & WIRES in QATAR.
2. Finding new potential clients in projects as well as retail that make benefits for generating business volume.
3. Planning and Launching new retail schemes in the market.
4. Analyzing cost and sales volume.
5. Individually handling from Quotations to finalizing the orders and delivery.
6. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and submittals.
7. Solving technical issues during consultant approvals.
8. Assisting clients in selection of cable sizes and quantity required.
9. Monitoring competitor activities in market and providing timely update to the management.
10. Perform sales analysis & generate relevant reports monthly to line management.
1. Conduct market research, and convincing the clients to purchase through one channel.
3. Overlook the inventory control & making sure that the inventory is filled with adequate stock. Timely delivery as promised to customers.
4. Take care of accounts receivable.
5. Keep a keen watch over the competitor price and set the profit margin accordingly.
