Founding member of VRO with focus on stablishing PMO, CoE, and HR as well as recruiting, planning and developing capabilities. Key responsibilities as a CoE head include establishing standards, methodologies, systems and tools as well as business intelligence, knowledge management and quality management frameworks. In Portfolio manager role, I have participated in establishing the PMO to achieve level 4 in P3M3 assessment, I have also managed multi-billion portfolios, programs and projects with focus on strategy alignment, performance management, communication and stakeholder management as well as governance and risk management.

Applying both waterfall and agile practices, I have delivered more than 30 small to medium size projects in addition to managing the IFRS project.
