contract, BOQ and BOM
• Simulation of possible re-baseline / forecast schedule based
on the current project status
• Update of existing weekly / monthly reporting template to fit
client requirements
• Weekly and monthly progress reporting and submission
• Stakeholder Management (Client, Engineering, Procurement
and Vendor)
• Participate in site inspection for resolution or way forward on
technical problem

• Oversee daily site activities (earth works, civil works, rebar
works, formworks and concreting works)
• Analysis, requesting and allocation of the required manpower,
material, equipment and subcon works for each work item
• Participate in site inspection for resolution or way forward on
technical problem
