Employed by a multi-award winning architecture firm based in Qatar mainly centered on the conception
and realization of high-rise building and luxury villas. As Project Manager I developed the whole
projectual service as well as the relations with the clients on several projects in Doha and Lusail City.
Marriott Executive Apartments - Lusail, Doha -‐ Qatar
28.000 sq/m. Consisting in a five-star 200 luxury serviced apartments. Projects management from the
planning concept to the final design, valid for construction. Obtained permits.
Employed by a Project Management company, Group of a financial holding, mostly active on the
management and development of Estate property asset.
I started working as member of Planning and Development Office for two years. This helped me to
handle with ease large-scale space planning, and taught me the importance of business development
and marketing interaction. I’ve been a Project and Construction Manager for the past six years and I
have profitably managed project teams on up to 12 people in size and budgets over 100 million dollars.
My responsibilities and roles have also included project scheduling, project staffing, code review,
permitting, document setup and coordination, architectural and urban planning, production of the
detailed construction drawings, project controlling and technical evaluation of the incoming projects.
General Contractor of luxury furnishing, active in the Middle East Area. Interior design and project
consultancy for a medium to large projects like hotels, palaces, villas, and office buildings. Peculiar of
this company was the ability to extend the Interior Design activity well beyond the original mandatory to
every phase and activity of the project, from choosing the site to the final touches, including
coordination of the mech/electrical, furniture design and production, and the management of the
external suppliers.
Urban planning and Real Estate development of a 1.000.000 sq/m land near the coast, in respect of
the environmental protection and ecosystem conservation.
Coordination of a 10 people team (Draftsmen and Junior Architects) for a three hotels Resort, 2.000
private villas, retails, sport facilities and a 18-holes golf course. Feasibility study, Planning design
and presentation templates. Preliminary and final design, construction drawings, interior design.
