•Assigned in Construction Progress monitoring and update.
•Prepare Construction Progress Report from “COPR” (Construction Progress) - an in-house online software of Saipem.
•Responsible for updating Project Progress Curves required for weekly and monthly report for management review and client submission.

•Updating the Material Quantity curves and tables base on the data and progress gathered by QS Department.

•Coordinate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Contract Admin on Vendor Contract Revision, Service Entries Issued, Invoices, Manpower Status etc.
•Prepare Two Years Spare Parts(2YSP) invoice & Monthly Invoicing based on Progress, Milestone, Variation Orders and Chargeable Cost.
•Provide QA for reports related to manpower, equipment, hours spent for construction progress & productivities.
•Establish and maintain Contractor and Subcontractors Deployment which include Planned, Actual and Forecast of Manpower and Equipment submitted to Client.
•Responsible for the collection, validation, integration of data which include Manpower, Hours, Equipment from Subcontractors.
•Act as System Administrator of Saipem in-house software, providing training and technical support to users.
