DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ENGINEERING/DESIGN/PROJECT TENDERING
• Overall project requirements/contracts review and deliberations to management.
• Review and RFI’s of consultant’s design.
• Design engineering.
• Dealing with vendors/suppliers regarding technical and commercial matters.
• Negotiations with vendors/suppliers.
• Cost estimates review.
• Final budget proposal deliberations to management.
• Technical/commercial clarification meeting with client.
• Providing basic trainings and seminars to young engineers.
2. CONSTRUCTION/JOBSITE
• Site walks with the owner & consultants.
• Internal site walks with Construction Managers & QA/QC Managers.
• Internal site installations inspections and issuance of NCR’s.
• Meetings with construction management (CM) team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ENGINEERING
• MEP design drawings & specifications review.
• Review/comment of contractor’s equipment, material, shop drawings, and Method statement submittals.
• Review & response to contractor’s design queries, RFI’s.
2. CONSTRUCTION/JOBSITE
• Site walks with the owner & other consultants.
• Site walks with Construction Managers & Contractors QA/QC Managers
• Site installations inspections and issuance of NCR’s.
• Meetings with MEP construction management (CM) team.
• Testing & Commissioning
3. MEETINGS/REPORTING
• Main contractor & client meeting.
• Consultant meeting.
• Workshop/coordination meetings with contractors.
• Meetings with vendors/sub-contractors.
• Resident Engineer’s Report to Client.
• Factory Visits/Inspection Reports.

• Manpower arrangement for project implementation.
• Planning & scheduling manpower & material deliveries.
• Jobsite progress & work quality inspection.
• Site construction coordination meetings.
• Testing & commissioning.
