Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with departments and monitor all infrastructural facilities available for business personalities all over world.
• Organize qualified and professional team and assist on business strategies and assist in career growth for individual.
• Develop various strategies and maintain record of data on business plans round the clock.
• Maintain all issues related to the Backup processes and Disaster Recovery program.
• Prepare plans for all hardware and software programs on an annual basis and prepare forecasts for budget and implement various cost-effective methods.
• Supervise all Service Levels for production systems including campaign development, recording data and knowledge transfer to faculty.
• Coordinate with various departments to work together according to business process requirement.
• Administer all sensitive situations and data and associate yearly budget.
• Provides support to various system within firm and provide base for infrastructure.
• Monitor all critical matters and ensure compliance to guideline to achieve all goals.
• Maintain knowledge on all present infrastructural trends and implement all business objectives.
• Monitor all IT systems and related instruments to enhance project growth.
• Provide training to all faculty members.
• Design and monitor effective implementation of all global systems.
• Monitor and escalate all issues and provide effective service to client.

• Designing, Managing and improving IT infrastructure (Servers, Firewalls, connectivity, DR, Environmental system, … ETC).
• Contacting and following with the suppliers and manage the new IT projects.

Accomplishments:
Manage the Improvement project for the server room by adding new severs and reorganize it and do the required configuration with security reviewing and enhancement.
Plan and manage IT services availability plan to reach to 0 downtime.
Apply IT security policies and standard in IT environment.
Plan and manage the network security project.
Plan and manage the backup plan and DR.
Manage security assessment project.
Identify business requirements to deliver IT services which will enable the users to perform and achieve organizational objectives and goals.
• Manage the day-to-day operations in IT infrastructure, Network (LAN/WAN), MPLS, VPNs.
• Manage the Data center and ensure high availability of IT services to enable the business operations.
• Project Planning (WBS, Scheduling, Resource Allocation, Critical path, Budgeting, Monitoring & Controlling, Communication management (Update Project team and stakeholders on the project status, issues, etc.), Risk Management, documentation & Closure
• Deploy and manage the Network Monitoring Systems (NMS) to identify the network performance, malicious activity or abnormal behavior in the systems or network to take proactive actions to address and safeguard to the IT infrastructure.
• Deploy and Manage McAfee EPO endpoint threat management solution to scan and protect the systems and ensure that Intellectual Property (IP) rights of the company owned IT assets are secured using the Data Leak Prevention (DLP) tools.
• Analyze, identify, isolate issues; Evaluate and improve system's performance.
• Deploy and Manage the Firewall and manage configurations to ensure the perimeter level security is strong to safe guard the organizations against the cyber threats
• Follow and execute the standard operating procedure (SOP) for IT to monitor events, health check, ensure the security and stability of the infrastructure system. Verify backup schedules and logs to ensure that we have the latest copy of the production systems, databases, file servers, etc.
• Periodic review of the Network and Server equipment’s to apply the relevant patches to protect them from security vulnerabilities; Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
• Co- ordinate with the vendors & suppliers engineer.
• Secure network system by establishing & enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access.
• Deliver IT infrastructure support for applications such as Axapta and SAP.
Managing office 365.
• Implement failover and disaster recovery solutions to ensure continuity of IT service delivery

• Deploy Security measures to protect the business critical information using encryption, VPN, access management solutions
