Responsibilities:
o Scheduling baseline, recovery and target programs using Primavera 6.2
o Loading resources and cost to the baseline programs
o Producing planned and actual resource histograms (manpower, machinery and material)
o Producing cash flow diagrams, progress S-curves and Key Performance Indicators
o Monitoring subcontractors’ baseline programs (Precast, Infrastructure, MEP, landscaping, etc.)
o Creating internal follow-up reports highlighting progress, cost, long lead items, and potential risks.
o Preparing and substantiating claims and extension of time along with the cost and time impacts
o Correspondences with the client and subcontractors
