▪ Helps supply chain to determine the stock levels, based on lead times, source and
availability.
▪ Prepares Request for Tender (RFT) and Request for Quotation (RFQ), using detailed
Item Specifications, to achieve the right quality, Price, and Delivery Time for Goods to
be purchased.
▪ Prepares selection table (ST) with supporting documents to justify and exhibit

▪ Negotiates frame agreements.
▪ Conducts market survey to keep abreast of market developments and availability of

requirements of machinery, assets & project materials in a short span of time and
managed to tackle the difficulties in the supply chain caused by COVID19 impact & Port
Sudan congestion, in addition to the lack of planning for requirements and cash
resources.
