monthly, Manages over 700 ATC Cell sites in the whole Northern, Volta and Oti Region of Ghana, Preparing Budget for Netis ATC Operations and Maintenance, Using Netis Procurement-NETPRO to request for ATC material to be used on site, Preparing all documentations needed for invoicing - Certificate of Conformance
(COC), Asset Movement Form, and Decommission Form, Make all ATC -O&M request for my Department, Follow up with managers and field engineers to ensure that jobs are executed per the requirement and approval from the client, Return of old materials from site to ATC Warehouse at Tema Free Zone, In charge of reconciliation with ATC for Spares Invoicing as well as Invendis Parts, Storing date in the Netis Own Cloud for management use and for safety storage, Using of Outlook and Zimbra for receiving and sharing mails, Using of E-flow and E-signature to get ATC Budget and other documents signed, Get weekly snapshots of ETG CM process and status and Manage to be able to invoice clients on time.
