Summary. Mr. Drar, a Team Leader of FDR Engineers (Cairo’s Office ), has more than 12 years of experience in Constructing commercial, industrial and residential building, Design & Detailing of steel structures, 3D Modeling of both Concrete & Steel structures. Mr. Drar is a graduated from Ain Shams University where he earned his B.S in Civil Engineering. Mr. Drar has extensive design and implementation experience in many types of structures including: reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, structural steel, and reinforced masonry.

Construction & supervision experience . Mr. Drar was a construction manager to a projects in Egypt, KSA, Libya, Yemen.
He ensured proper evaluation of engineering design plan prior to issuance for construction complying with the existing design codes/standards and specifications.
Mr.Drar was responsible for compliance to project Controls and guideline/procedures, including those related to cost control and forecasting, planning and scheduling, contract administration and materials control, during project execution responsible for maintaining project records, including drawings, specifications, logs financial reports and project correspondence. Approve subcontractor payment and variations “if needed "within limits of their authority endorse and forward to higher authority where required. Supervise and coordinate planning to adjust to unanticipated changes in scope, materials and equipment's delivery and cost.
