Summary. Mr. Drar, a Team Leader of FDR Engineers (Cairo’s Office ), has more than 12 years of experience in Constructing commercial, industrial and residential building, Design & Detailing of steel structures, 3D Modeling of both Concrete & Steel structures. Mr. Drar is a graduated from Ain Shams University where he earned his B.S in Civil Engineering. Mr. Drar has extensive design and implementation experience in many types of structures including: reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, structural steel, and reinforced masonry.
Construction & supervision experience . Mr. Drar was a construction manager to a projects in Egypt, KSA, Libya, Yemen.
He ensured proper evaluation of engineering design plan prior to issuance for construction complying with the existing design codes/standards and specifications.
Mr.Drar was responsible for compliance to project Controls and guideline/procedures, including those related to cost control and forecasting, planning and scheduling, contract administration and materials control, during project execution responsible for maintaining project records, including drawings, specifications, logs financial reports and project correspondence. Approve subcontractor payment and variations “if needed "within limits of their authority endorse and forward to higher authority where required. Supervise and coordinate planning to adjust to unanticipated changes in scope, materials and equipment's delivery and cost.
Professional Engineering membership. Mr. Drar is a valid member in both Egyptian and Saudi syndicate for engineering.

Inspected project sites to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, safety protocols and state sanitation standards.

Consulting Services Experience in The Middle East. Mr. Drar has managed & participated at more than mega project at different countries in the middle east as a Consultant Engineer after Completing whole 10 years in his field , he established a 30 MW Power Plant In Sanaa (Yemen) ,an oil camping in Sert (Libya ), a 1500 MW Power Plant in Riyadh (KSA) , Residential Building of Royal Commission (KSA) and Housing Villas in Riyadh (KSA)…etc. Mr.Drar is a Senior Resident Structural / Civil Engineer for the Consultant Project Management / Supervision Team , Which Include work in Checking , Monitoring and Coordinating with the Contractor to ensure the proper Construction , Quality of Work and Completion stage of the project. Design and Management. Mr. Drar was the Lead Detailing Engineer at Zamil Steel Co. for 2.5 Years preparing a shop drawing , fabrication drawings and erection drawings for many steel PEP projects. Mr.drar using Drawings Software Programs like AutoCAD directly on preparation of detailed design drawing plans and prepare mark-up if necessary , also Coordinates Mechanical design with architectural and electrical for quality/efficient design plan to meet and satisfy client requirements. Mr.Drar Conducts site inspection to ensure reliable Cost efficient design plan generation and compliance to international and existing local codes and standards.
