Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee accounting operation for two business unites
• Manage and oversee the issuance of management and financial reporting in monthly base
• Manage and control company cash flow in daily base
• Budget development and cost controlling for:
o Current admin and clinic operation
o DSH 200-bed hospital - pre design and design phase
• Develop Finance policies and procedures manual
• Audit control & compliance
• Liaison and monitor the services provided by external consultancy firms (Big4) ultimately to issue feasibility studies (Market study and Financial planning) for MOF loans application
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Performing full process mapping of the activities of different departments of the company and carrying out operational audit procedures on the different cycle at the organization.
• Identifying weakness in internal control procedures and assessing the adequacy of accounting, financial and operating controls. Introducing solutions and recommendations to overcome weaknesses and mitigate associated risks.
• Conducting an assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of the business activities. Including assessment of work flow, flow of documents, internal control procedures, application systems in place, reporting needs, etc.
• Highlighting material errors in the accounts and assessing compliance with established procedures and laws.
• Summarizing the outcomes of performed procedures, communicating and discussing significant findings and recommendations with concerned employees and obtaining feedback thereon.
• Evaluating and promoting accounting and operational procedures adopted by the company.
• Preparing the accompanied financial statements for different clients in different business sectors.
YMHLLC is a holding company investing in AcxiomMENA and other business units such as: 4th Dimension, Wits, and ADMA.etc. Played dual role of responsibilities a) to manage AcxiomMENA finance dept. b) and oversee YMHLLC business unites.
