Main tasks:
- Ensuring the successful delivery of end to end project and implementation to time, specification and budget and ensuring it is of the highest quality.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of delivery, including managing scope, budget and plan precisely against contract.
- Highly hands-on role, managing project and teams including configuration management, product testing, software delivery, system installation and change management.
- Negotiating, managing and resolving technical scope items with the customer.
- Driving customer satisfaction quality levels and ensuring best practice is achieved.
- Managing disputes with the client and internal teams/people and achieving win-win outcomes.
- Managing a successful transition from delivery into Care support, and being responsible for system stability for 6 months after go-live.
- Inspiring, coaching and motivating all members of the project team.
- Building senior level client relationships across the client organization.
Since joining NSN in March 2008, I have been performing radio care (after-sales support) and network implementation (NI) activities for our customers in KSA, and in July 2010 I moved to support NI and care operations in MEA region. Since April 2013 I have been based in Riyadh supporting STC KSA care account.
