- Review and approve (make recommendation for approval by the RE/SRE) of all submitted materials by the
contractor.
- Ensure compliance of used materials with the projects specifications;
- Participate in construction quality control.
- Supervise, participate and direct sampling and testing of all materials according to the contract and the

- Analyze the test results in a timely manner and recommend action to the Senior Resident Engineer /Senior

development of guidance material and tools in coordination with the Regional Infrastructure Advisor.
- Undertake regular visits to all projects in agreement with the Head of Programmer and the relevant PM/s;

- Support the delivery of effective Programmers, in both development and humanitarian contexts, by:
- Develop the assessment tools in cooperation with the program managers.

improvement, any challenges, any needed approvals and any changes on the approved plan on regular
basis.

committee and sign all the delivery forms from the committee.

Project Description: Supervising the maintenance and rehabilitation of several public schools in Yemen.
- Executing technical studies (design / review / development / implementation) and preparing related
documents such as (designs and plans, tables of quantities and specifications, tender documents, reports,
archiving and follow-up) and preparing the budget and schedule, controlling and monitoring quality,
supervising tenders and distributing Opportunities, analyzing bids, evaluating works, and identifying needs.
- Field supervision and quality control to implement various projects, such as (water tanks, water projects and
wells, pumping lines and water distribution network, pumping unit, pumping unit using solar energy, housing
constructions, health units and centers, restoration and rehabilitation of school buildings, irrigation and
drainage canals, improving the environmental and health situation (environmental sanitation), reclamation of
farmland, relief and shelter programs for the displaced and the affected people), following up the
