As a Chief ACCOUNTANT, My key responsibilities are,
Preparation of the financial statements of the company up to finalization on semi-annually and annually
basis.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly
and annual accounts.
Preparation of weekly account receivables, payable reports and ageing analysis.
To ensure the preparation of key reconciliation statements e.g. bank reconciliation, supplier ledger
reconciliation and customer ledger reconciliation and on time payments to suppliers and receipts from
customers.
To ensure the proper recording of purchases by reviewing source documents and proper cut off at
month/year end.
Preparation and review of payroll of employees and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
Dealing and meeting with key stakeholders’ e.g. key suppliers, customers, banks, insurance companies
etc.
Dealing with fixed assets records related to acquisitions, disposals, capital work in progress and
maintaining of fixed assets register.
Manage facility utilization from different banks efficiently to minimize interest cost to the company.
Responsible for daily cash management activities and weekly cash reporting, including preparing daily
cash position and ensure all payments are made on time in coordination with different departments.
To prepare budget and cash flow forecast on quarterly and annually basis.
Internal Controls & Internal Audit for the Invoices from suppliers as well as for the Petty Cash vouchers
from the employees to confirm theaccuracy.
Involved in Internal /external audit work to ensure the integrity of accounting documents.

As an General accountant, My key responsibilities were,
Responsible for daily finance reporting to the CEO, Directors & GMFinance.
Preparation of Statement of Comprehensive Income. Monthly, Semi Annually & Annually.
Budgeting & fore casting on monthly basis & respective varianceanalysis.
Monitoring of the companies Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable with their ageing analysis
&outstanding reports and confirms the timely receipts and payments.
Involved in managing company’s bank accounts and arrangement of documents for export and import of
goods.
Internal Audit to ensure all the Accounting Invoices from suppliers, Vouchers & Invoices to customers
are accurate.
Applied Internal Controls for the integrity of the wages & salaries paid to Employees.
