Responsible for all revenue related tasks for 4 units (LEGO, Wave PRO, Wahooo!, and Magic Planet.)
- Supervise and review revenues and collections by all units.
- Prepare all daily, weekly and monthly reports for the finance manager and the senior regional management.
- Daily tasks include bank reconciliation, journal entries.
- Handle monthly closings of all revenue accounts.
- Provide management with sales & marketing reports.
- Receipting leasing revenue & allocating for leasing.
- Execute weekly and monthly revenue analysis for management.
- Provide support to the operations department and perform regular spot checks on operating business units and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and independent external auditors where back-up documentation is provided to confirm revenue recognition efficiently.
- Control and reconciliation of petty cash, cheques etc.
- Exposed to some accounts payable responsibilities such as processing invoices.
Bachelor of Arts with Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance: First Division, Second Class
