ENOC-EPPCO:
Ensure that the highest level of service, products is provided in a professional manner.
Inquiry upon customer request providing information for inquires on ENOC retail sites, Tasjeel, VIP, ZOOM, Auto pro, ENOC maintenance and ENOC emergency.
Enter new customer information into system, and update existing customer information.
Proficiency in ENOC CRM.
Ensure that company operations meet the standards, policies and procedures completely.
Record queries in call logs with details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
Supervise team in providing excellent and outstanding services to customers.
Prepare the delivery orders.
Drawing up the documents for the customs and
harbor services.
Draw up freight lists for customs.
Contacting the receivers of the goods.
Determining work procedures, preparing work
schedule and expediting work flow.
Tracking goods to their destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved So as to avoid delays.
Arranging transportation that optimizes services and costs.
