Main responsibilities
Design, implementation, administration and monitoring projects infrastructure.
Interfacing between vendors for code merging, merging the new code with updated applications and install it on servers.

Planning, development, installation, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, support and management of out-going SMTP cluster service (Linux, Qmail, Mysql, Apache, Nginx, Perl, php, Monitoring).
Support developers, customer support team and customers.
• Prepare LPI-c3 martial and study guide.
• Teaching LPI 301, 302, 303 courses.
Installation, administration and troubleshooting of :-
RHEL, Centos, Apache-Tomcat, Nginx, Ftp, MySQL, Postgres, postfix, DNS

• Installation, administration and troubleshooting of :-
RHEL and centos Os, apache, nginx, ftp, cpanel and whm, MySQL, exim, postfix, DNS service, Firewalls and SELinux.
• Design, Develop and install monitoring system for 90+ server using nagios.
• Helping technical support team to solve customer’s problems.
• Helping customers and solve technical problems.

Installation and administration of :-
• VoIP and phone system solution based on Asterisk, Network cabling, routers, switches and access points and Mail server
• Data center \[over 8 Linux servers\].
• Web server, database server and Subversion server DNS, DHCP and gateway.
• VMware servers \[hosting multiple OS machines for testing team\].
• Video conferences and on-line meetings.
• Set-up New computers, and support developers.
• Preparing technical reports for Gawab servers and service.
• Ensuring quality of Gawab service, and servers' capacity.
• Providing technical advice to technical support team and developers.
• Analyze and Develop Gawab monitoring system (GMS) and testing tools; keep
the (GMS) up to date and make sure that the (GMS) cover all service

● Nagios, Cacti (cluster monitoring tools).
