• Managing Turnkey and Integrated Drilling Services projects in south Iraq -Faihaa and Nasiriya Oil fields.
• Managing integrated project for Rigless activities projects in south Iraq -Majnoon Oil Fields.
• Managed Drilling Operations to achieve superior drilling performance in Block-9 exploration Area at Basra- South Iraq. My Performance saved company 2.0 MM USD in Faihaa-3 Appraisal Well, 1.7 MM USD in Faihaa-4 Development Well, and 1.5 MM USD in Faihaa-5 Development Well (Yamama formation Wells +/- 4500 m).
• Organized drilling and Completion program design, implementation, lessons learned, including operational changes and unplanned events throughout the drilling program and prepared post-program technical analysis.
• Well Test Faihaa-3 Appraisal well and prepare it for Production. Rig up fast production equipment, perform Rig-less test for (Faihaa-3 then handed it as producing well to production department adding value to the company by increasing the daily field Oil production by 5000 BOPD.
• Trained and mentored multi - cultural and multi-national teams, and create department KPIs, and lessons learned system to steer improvement changes.
• Managed budgets, plans, AFE's, drilling contracts, and operational details for appraisal, and development activities.
• Represented my company as drilling focal point in all Joint Management Committee (JMC) meetings with Basra Oil Company and Iraqi Ministry of Oil.
• Managed the Exploration Drilling activities and drilled the first Exploration Well (Faihaa-1 exploration well) in Block-9 exploration Area at Basra- South Iraq. My Performance saved company 14.0 MM USD in in the exploration Budget of this exploration well.

• Worked as Field Drilling engineer within a turnkey project for drilling and completion 30 wells in West Qurna and North Rumaila oil fields.
• Worked as "Drilling Engineer" within a Contract with SOUTH OIL COMPANY (S.O.C.) to Complete a MSc. Field Study achieved on Wells at West Qurna, North Rumaila and Zubair Oil Fields.
• Master Degree (MSc.) in Drilling Engineering, Master thesis Title: “APPLICATION OF MATHEMATICAL DRILLING MODEL ON SOUTHERN IRAQI OIL FIELD". This Research Deals with Drilling Optimization and Comprehensive development Study of Mathematical Techniques to control factors Affecting drilling Rate (ROP) and Reduce Drilling time and cost. Excellent Results were obtained by applying this study on actual field data Belong for North Rumaila, South Rumaila, and Zubair Fields.
