New Provisioning/Upgrade/Termination of PMP links on sectorial basis.
• Working on Jazz fix business projects, 3.5 GHz band deployment using MIMO Antennas.
• Supervising the deployment of P2MP/MIMO links working at licensed band (Equipment: Redline RDL
3000, Enterprise, Ellipse, Edge) .
• Scheduled and spontaneous Network Audits at Region/RNC/Site including Physical Site Audits
(Antenna Height, Azimuth, Tilts, Location etc.), RAN Parameters, Quality & Network Performance
parametric audit in RF domain to identify and remove inconsistencies for smooth operation and
ensure quality network.
• Supervise the team in Base Station deployments of P2MP sites (MIMO Antenna). Responsibilities
include (creating Service profile of corporate customer over sectors, monitoring, and optimization of
links, fault findings, alarm removal and bandwidth utilization).
• Monitoring & ensuring SLA (agreed with contractor) of P2MP & P2P Network.
• Progress reporting & analysis to measure SLA & KPI for effective services.
• Regional progress reports & presentation.
• Worked on TDD, FDD and multiband network.
• Monitoring & ensuring SLA (agreed with contractor) of order fulfillment & support tasks by using
Redline Network tool.
• Understanding of RAN Performance/Optimization and Planning activities,
• Working on RMA process with different teams and vendors
