Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing project scope of work and planning for suppliers selection, subcontracting, and finalizing the purchase orders.
• Monitoring and controlling the scope of work, time schedules, cost, as well as managing the changes to enforce adherence to the time-frames and budget limits.
• Directing/managing a team of professional engineering & site staff, and overseeing the project progress.
• Overseeing the project documentations, including materials submittal, TQs, Method Statements, Purchase Orders, & commissioning activities.
• Constantly researching and analyzing a list of risks and following up with remedial measures, and taking the necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directing/managing a team of professional engineering & site staff, as well as the sub-contractors, and overseeing the project progress for 8 residential buildings project.
• Attending the weekly workgroup meetings to solve any problems related to electrical works.
• Identifying bottlenecks, researching & analyzing the risks; taking the necessary actions to avoid any impact on the project schedule and budget.

• Identifying, organizing, & scheduling the pre-commissioning & commissioning activities for electromechanical systems.

• Planned, scheduled, and monitored / controlled the projects under my scope.
• Prepared material submittal, purchase orders, managed the changes & prepared the variation orders.
