• Introduction to GSM network and technologies.
• Introduction to the Core Network elements.
• Introduction to the service flow in GSM network ( MOC, MTC, SMS-MO, SMS-MT, Postpaid roaming, Prepaid roaming, Call forward, Call barring … etc. ).
• Introduction to subscribers' profiles and services management on both HLR and IN.
• Collecting and analyzing daily states for NSS.
• Preparing site survey for WiMax BTS.
• Conducting statistical daily report on WiMax network behavior.
