Full testing of all services of the system daily and sending a report on issues that appear to programmers to solve them.
science go-live stage, I'm dealing with the department's employees and responding to their inquiries regarding of the system, In case there is any Technical or business issues, my role is to collect them and contacting with the business owners searching for the right solution to be taken either from our side or from the clients side.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
