• Preparation of tax projections of group companies and making compliance with tax policies & procedures by formation of sound intern control system
• Doing Business process re-engineering by developing a process for Tax accounting and reporting
• Risk assessment of Transfer Pricing (TP) related policies and guidelines for inter-group transactions and analyzing transfer pricing and fair market value issues in the light of OECD TP models and local statues
• Estimating the monthly, quarterly and annual tax liabilities of the companies and suggesting options to minimize the tax exposures
• Co-coordinating with corporate tax & legal advisors for taking up the company’s appellate/SECP and legal matters and if necessary directly representing the company’s case before authorities as and when required in order to meet organizational and corporate goals

• Carrying out regular risk assessment procedures and system studies in current Oracle based ERP environment for diagnostic reviews and prompt reporting thereof
