There is a Headquarter of HSE in Petroleum Ministry of Iran that has the duty and mission of policy making in Health, Safety and Environment fields and supervising and monitoring of all subsidiary companies for their performance in HSE regulations and necessities .In work period I was the deputy of the general manager in Safety and Fire fighting affairs.
I had 32 years background in Petroleum Ministry in various fields of Operation, Inspection, Engineering, Projects and HSE. The two last years of my service was in HSE field in HSE Headquarter of Petroleum Ministry.
There is a department for HSE affairs in the headquarter of Petroleum Ministry of Iran that its mission and authorities is policy making in HSE field and supervising all the HSE departments in major companies of the Ministry for their performance. This Department has three divisions of 1) Safety and Fire Fighting, 2) Occupational Health and, 3) Environment.
I was the head of Safety and Fire Fighting Division and Deputy of General Manager of the Department.
At that time I achieved to provide some new regulations and procedures in the field and develop the system of Accidents Investigation.
I had a 3 years course in doctorate degree in a public university related to Industries and Mines Ministry of Iran with the top teachers and professors of the best universities o Iran. This was a good, useful and qualified course for me with having a basis of engineering and a long term of background in industry and knowledge and technical skills to know about managerial subjects, concepts and skills. My topic of doctorate thesis was:" The model of Sustainable Development Management System for National Iranian Oil Company(NIOC).I was graduated with a score of 18/41 in 20-point GPA.
