This project is an implementation Of Oracle R12
As project manager responsible for managing a team of 20 Consultants and ensure on time and budget implementation of Oracle e-Business suite.
Responsible for driving Steering committee meetings and manage over all Solution. Parallel reporting to CFO and PMO
ADNIC was implementing Oracle Financials with consulting company driving the project. The project was delayed on many occasions despite executive management absolute support for the project. I was called in to represent ADNIC and provide Project leadership with independent responsibility of the whole project. Consulting Project manager, consultants and in-house team directly reporting to me.
I have successfully implemented Oracle R12 financials and gone live.
I have streamlined the implementation process by ensuring implementation methodology is followed and managing scope of the project. Got Future process models and change requests signed off and successfully conducted UAT.
Prepared Project Plan, Data Conversion Strategy document, Go-live Strategy document
I was responsible for:
• Manage project scope and quality of deliverables.
• Manage project issues and appraise steering committee on risks and progress.
• Define and maintain project plan. Minimize deviations and ensure Project plan is up to date.
• Control and manage change Requests scope and ensure completeness and correctness of solution.
• Take over all responsibility of Oracle solution and front end Integration.
This project was a global roll out of Oracle eBusiness suite by Oracle Consulting. I was responsible for overall Germany and US Roll out.
Prepare Project Plan for Germany roll out, drive steering committee meetings, conduct daily review meetings with onshore and off shore teams and Advise Oracle Project director on potential risk areas and prepare mitigation plan.
Review design Interfaces to third party systems. Prepare data conversion strategy from SAP to Oracle R12 and ensure correct data modeling. Follow up with data extraction and upload teams.
Business Synergies, Dubai. Project Manager cum Solution Architect at Advanced Group of Companies. Help Project steering committee to drive the project to successful implementation. Deliver Project on time and Budget. Advise AGC top management on potential risk areas and prepare mitigation plan.
Implemented SCM, Financials and HRMS for 8 different business units (Companies)
Conduct daily review meetings with functional and technical teams. Review BP80 documents and advice functional consultants on solution approach. Review data conversion strategy and advice technical consultants on technical design in the areas of data conversion and customizations.
Represent Oracle Malaysia as a Project Manager at Panasonic Malaysia. Help Project steering committee to drive the project to successful implementation. Prepare health check report and advise Oracle top management on potential risk areas and prepare mitigation plan.

Document Oracle customization to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley. Documented more than 100 customizations. I was responsible for the overall project management and delivery
Upgrade and Re-implementation
Chartered is a semi Govt Organisation. The project involved Upgrade from R11 to 11i and process re-engineering.
The project involved upgrade and revisiting some of the existing processes.
I was lead for Inventory to Fulfillment (Including WMS) and OTM), Order to Cash (Order Processing, Pricing and Shipping) and Procure to Pay
e-Business Suite Role out in APAC.
Role Out WIP, Planning, Distribution and Financials for APAC region. As a solution Architect I was the responsible for the overall solution.
I was also lead consultant for WMS, OTM, Inventory, Purchasing and Order Management
Upgrade and Spin-off re-implementation
The project involved Upgrade from 11.5.7 to 11i10 and process re-engineering for AVAGO Technologies a spin-off from Agilent technologies. The business processes cut across all the departments - Marketing, Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Shipping, Finance and Customer Service etc.
I was lead functional consultant of WMS, Shipping, INV, OM, OTM, Procurement and Advanced Pricing
Where I was in charge of implementing one of the sophisticated shipping network involving 110 Inv organizations spanning countries in Americas, Europe and Asia. I have successfully Implemented Shipping, WMS, OTM and Inventory in this project
e-Business Suite Implementation:
The project involved Global Process Standardization of the business process across the entire organization that involved 10 entities of Sato spanning 9 countries in 3 continents (Asia, Europe and US). The business processes cut across all the departments - Marketing, Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Shipping, Finance and Customer Service etc.
The project involved implementation of Purchasing, iSupplier Portal, iProcurement, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, iStore, iReceivables, Mobile Supply Chain Applications, Planning (Demand Planning, Advanced Supply Chain Planning), Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA and Cash Management), iExpenses, Service Contract, Teleservice, Depot repair, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, iLearning, Scripting,
and E-Business Intelligence.
My primary role as a solution lead was to ensure successful implementation of OM, Shipping, Inv, PO, I-Procurement, Supplier Portal and Mobile Supply Chain (MSCA).
I was also responsible for conducting multi-org sessions and delivery of Go live Strategy, Transition plan and Data Conversion Strategy.
Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific - iStore Implementation for Singapore and Malaysia.
As solution lead I have successfully implemented iStore for Singapore and Malaysia.
Honeywell Global roll out
The project involved Global Process Standardization of the business process across 10 entities of Honeywell across Asia and Australia / New Zealand.
My primary role as a solution lead was to conduct CRP and process modeling for Order Management and Inventory.
I also conducted multi-org sessions for Honeywell.
Canon; R11i Implementation
I have successfully Implemented R11i at Canon, Singapore. My primary role as a solution lead was to ensure successful implementation of Oracle applications (OM, Shipping, Inventory and Purchasing)
I was working as a functional lead consultant to upgrade Oracle Application from R11 to R11i at ST Assembly Test Services Ltd., a Singapore Technologies subsidiary. In this project, my tasks include:
Advising the users on Re-engineering business process to suit Oracle R11i functionality in Financial and Distributions functional areas.
• Producing quality deliverables (checklists, procedures and documentation) for all stages of the implementation cycle;
• Providing consulting services in resolving functional and technical issues in the integration and interfaces of client’s external modules into Oracle Applications.
Johnson Electric, Hong Kong
I was involved at Johnson Electric, Hong Kong, in the implementation of Order Management, Shipping, Advance Pricing and AR.
I have implemented R11i Distributions Modules at MATSUSHITA TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE. LTD. (MASTEC). His primary role was a functional lead consultant for Financials Upgrade and implement Order Management, Procurement & Inventory. In this project, his tasks include:
• Advising the users on Re-engineering business process to suit Oracle R11i functionality.
• Conducting the operational analysis of the client’s business requirements, and translating these requirements into effective Implementation of Oracle Applications.
• Producing quality deliverables (checklists, procedures and documentation) for all stages of the implementation cycle.
• Designing of customized programs using Oracle Tools
• Assist Technical team in Conversion and migration of data from Legacy system to Oracle Applications.
Prior to this I have successfully implemented R11 Distributions and Manufacturing Modules at TEC Singapore Electronics Pte Ltd. My primary role was implementing Distributions modules.
• Advising the users on Re-engineering business process to suit Oracle R11 functionality.
• Conducting the operational analysis of the client’s business requirements, and translating these requirements into effective Implementation of Oracle Applications.
• Producing quality deliverables (checklists, procedures and documentation) for all stages of the implementation cycle.

9. I was involved in the implementation of R11 Oracle Order Entry, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Inventory and Web Customers at Creative Technologies Pte Ltd. My primary role was to advice the project team on viable solution to suit to the business requirements of Creative.
10. ST Assembly Test Services Ltd R11 roll out
Earlier his major assignment was at ST Assembly Test Services Ltd., a Singapore Technologies subsidiary. His primary role was to implement R11 Oracle Distributions and financials as a Functional lead for Order Entry and shipping track. He was also involved in Implementing Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Inventory, and Oracle Receivables in a supporting role. In this project, his tasks include:
• Advising the users on Re-engineering business process to suit Oracle R11 functionality.
• Conducting the operational analysis of the client’s business requirements, and translating these requirements into effective Implementation of Oracle Applications.
• Producing quality deliverables (checklists, procedures and documentation) for all stages of the implementation cycle;
• Providing consulting services in resolving functional and technical issues in the integration and interfaces of client’s external modules into Oracle Applications. Design Interfaces between Oracle Applications (Order Entry - Receivables and Order Entry - Inventory) and between Oracle Applications and External Modules (Oracle Order Entry - Promis W.I.P and Inventory - W.I.P);
• Development of customized programs using Oracle Tools
• Conversion and migration of data from a Oracle Applications 10.4 to Oracle Applications Release;
12. Prior to this, I was implementing Oracle Inventory, Oracle Purchasing and Back Office System for the Burger King (Bon Food) project (Release 10.7). In this project, my tasks include:
• Conducting the operational analysis of the client’s business requirements, and translating these requirements into effective functional and technical designs;
• Implementation of Material Requisition from external Inventory Organization to Restaurants and enhance security of Oracle applications to suite to requirements of client.
• Migration of data from a Legacy system to Oracle Applications;
• Producing quality deliverables (checklists, procedures and documentation) for all stages of the implementation cycle;
• Providing consulting services in relation to monthly closing of accounts, as well as resolving functional and technical issues in the integration and interfaces of client’s external modules into Oracle Applications.
I have also worked in the following projects. I gained functional and technical expertise from past implementation project at;
• Canon, For the implementation of i-Store and Assist Other consultants in Oracle Service.
• National Computing Services (NCS) - High level advisory role with National Computing Services (NCS) for Oracle Service implementation.
• Partner Managed Account - High level advice to one of Oracle partner for quickly turning around some of implementation issues at a Partner Managed Account.
• Fuji Xerox Singapore - implemented Physical and Cycle Count and delivered Functional and Technical Design for customization of Oracle Inventory to Implement Physical count Based on Bar Code. Was also involved in a supporting role to Implement and Customize Oracle Order Entry.
• ST Assembly Test Services Ltd. - for conversion of set of books, in Oracle Applications, from Sing dollar to US Dollar in the following modules : Oracle WIP, BOM, OE, Inventory and PO
• Chartered Industries of Singapore - Functional and Technical Design for customization of WIP Completion form.
• Singapore Food Industries - Functional and Technical Design for customization of Oracle Purchasing to Implement Import of Requisitions.
• Aztech Systems - providing Consulting services for implementation of Oracle Applications and Review of Order Entry Setup
