QPD cluster project consists of 76 floors in three cluster.This project is a high rise state main project in a fast paced sector with the durability of completion within 2 years of span.

Project : Doha Gold line Metro
Perform quality engineering review of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records
•Preparation of Project planning in primavera from start to end &monitoring its daily status to make sure the project in gain path .
•Preparation of ITP, MES, MAR and QRPL Package for Tunnel and Station.
•Preparation of IRP and IRE Document for the Project.
•In charge of the entire project, From client meeting to EB Ceig government approval.
•Ordering of the Material for the Site Requirement and attending the meeting with the client for the Requirement &Project related Discussion.
•Ensure that all electrical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per approved GFC drawings, Method of Statements and Procedure, Specifications and International Standards.
•Conduct activities concerned with the quality control and quality assurance of Material receiving inspection of all Electrical Accessories, Equipments and Power and Control Cables like Conduits, Cable Tray, Grounding and Lightning Protection system, LV & HV Switchgear and It’s accessories, and It’s assembled parts, NGR, LV & HV Control-Gear Panel, Lighting Panel, Distribution Panel board, UPS and Stationary DC System, APFCR Panel, AMF
Panel, LV & HV Motors, HVAC Panel, Lighting Fixtures and LV & HV Power Cables & It’s accessories like HV Termination-KIT, 3M-Cold Shrink Process Splicing Kit as per the project specification and CmrlSpecification.
•Performed Installation, Testing and Pre-Commissioning of LV & HV Power Cables, Grounding and Lightning Protection system, LV & HV Control gear panel, Lighting Panel, Distribution Panel board, UPS & Stationary DC system, Annunciator Panel, Load Shedding Panel, LV & HV Motors, and Lighting Fixture as per the project requirements and vendor instruction manuals.
•Performing the Installation of the Fire alarm and FM 200 System for the Station.
•Performing the Installation of the Main Fire Alarm Panel, Repeater Panel and Sub Zone Panel & Mimic Panel.
•Installation of the fire alarm detectors &devices, Cabling& Fixing of the cylinder.
•Testing and commissioning of the Devices and handover of the room after the room Integrity test.
•Documents data obtained during all quality activities consistent with clients and company policies and procedures.
•Participate in solving quality issues which been issued by client and coordinating to Engineering and Vendor regarding technical issue related to execution of work and material as per schedule.
•Review and update Inspection Test Plan and Inspection Checklist as per Project Specification requirements for submission to client.
•Prepares reports to communicate involvement and results of quality activities

•Conducts activities concerned with the quality control and quality assurance of installation inspection of all Electrical Accessories, Equipment and Power & Control Cables like Conduits and Fittings, Cable Tray, Grounding System, Lighting Fixtures, Fire & Gas System, MCC Panel, LV & MV Motor and Power & Control Cable installation as per Project Specification.
•Performed Witness Inspection of Testing and Pre-Commissioning of LV & HV Power Cables, Control Cables, Grounding System, Power Transformer up to 11 Kv /415v 630 Kva, MCC Panel and LV & MV Motor as per Project Specification and Vendor Instruction Manual.
•Documents data obtained during all quality activities consistent with clients and company policies and procedures.
•Preparation of the Project flow chart in the Primevera showing the Status of the Projects.
•Ordering of the material based upon the project requirement and design.
•Attend Quality meetings with Client,
Perform quality engineering review of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
•Ensure that all electrical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per approved IFC drawings, Method of Statements and Procedure, Specifications and International Standards.
•Perform daily monitoring the testing and quality inspection activities. Monitoring the performance of work to ensure that contractor assign the appropriate resources to execute the work to required quality, standard and within the agreed schedule.
•Manage documentation transfer for approval between contractor and company. Control of non-conformance and liaise with the Client and Sub-Contractor on all QAQC related issues.
•Receiving MIR from Material Manager and Perform inspection of all loose Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical along with relevant accessories materials according to Purchase order, NMR and Client relevant specification and requirement.
•Prior to start devices assembling, Perform inspection of all internal/ external electrical, electronic devices with appropriate rating, Volt, Ampere and Others necessary description as per the project specification.
•Raising NCR against loses Electrical & Instrumentation and Mechanical Materials and Equipments which are not complying with project specification and requirements.
•Conducts activities concerned with the quality control and quality assurance of Installation inspection of Electrical & Instrument equipments and Power & Control Cables like, Conduit, Cable Tray, Grounding System for Electrical and Mechanical Skid, Distribution Panel board, Lighting Fixtures and LV & MV Motors.
•Performed the installation inspection of primary & secondary electrical and instruments cables, Cable dressing, Glanding& Termination at Instrument, Control Panel Side.
•Performed Witness Inspection of Testing and Pre-Commissioning of LV & HV Power Cables, Grounding System, Distribution Panel board and Lighting Fixture as per the project requirements and vendor instruction manuals.
•Performed witness inspection of Functional Test and Manual Simulation test of Distribution Panel and MCP.
•Installation of the fire alarm cabling for the entire station & Panel, Detector Installation
•Testing & commissioning of the Detectors and checking of the Circuit & attending the fault arises in the Fire alarm System.
•Reviewing of all instrument accepted documents such as Instruments data-sheet, Vendor Drawings, P&ID, Quality control inspection reports signed by QC Inspector and Owner representatives.
•Attend Quality meetings with Client, Subcontractor and Construction team to discuss issues on work execution in line with quality.
•Prepare reports to communicate involvement and results of quality activities.
•Identification of Punch List Category and coordination of punch list closure.
•Responsible for Punch List Clearing to ensure that the installation of all electrical equipments are completed and accepted by the Clients.
•Update the daily inspection reports and dispatch the punch list to the Construction engineer to rectify as per the project specification and Client requirements.
•Responsible for the preparation of all inspection reports prior for the acceptance of the Client
Job Responsibilities:
•Ensure that all Electrical and Instrumentation site activities are conducted under controlled condition as per approved IFC drawing, Method of Statements and Procedure, Project Specification and Standards.
•Get the approval from the Client as per contract documents’’ Inspection Request’’.
•Monitoring and Inspection of Construction works in progress to ensure compliance of materials and workmanship with design drawings and Specification.
•Reporting and Documenting of Non-Conformance and Site observation in relation to quality.
•Conduct activities concerned with the quality control and quality assurance of Installation inspection for Electrical equipments and Power & Control Cables like, Conduit, Cable Tray, Grounding and Lightning Protection system, LV & HV Control-Gear Panel, Lighting Panel, Distribution Panel board, UPS and Stationary DC System, LV & HV Motors, HVAC Panel, Fire & Gas System, Lighting Fixtures and LV & HV Power Cables as per the project specification.
•Conduct activities concerned with the quality control and quality assurance of installation inspection for Instrumentation equipments and Instruments cables like Conduits, Cable Tray, Grounding System, Cable Trench and Routing, Control Panel, Consoles, FGS Panel and Junction Box and different types of valve.
•Reviewing necessary drawing like, Instrument Layout Drawing, Loop Diagram, Fire and Gas Layout Drawing, Telecom Layout Drawing, Cable Schedule, Instruments/Cables Indexes and other pertinent drawings needed for inspection.
•Performed Witness Inspection of Testing and Pre-Commissioning of LV & HV Power Cables, Grounding and Lightning Protection system, Metal enclosed bus-duct, LV & HV Switchgear, Power Transformer, LV & HV Control gear panel, Lighting Panel, Distribution Panel board, UPS & Stationary DC system, LV & HV Motors, HVAC Panel and Lighting Fixture as per the project requirements and vendor instruction manuals.
•Witness Pre-commissioning for Energization and Testing.
•Performed Witness Inspection of Testing and Pre-Commissioning of Primary & Secondary Instruments cables and impulse line tubing and Glanding& Termination from Instruments side to Junction Box & Control Panel side.
•Prepare reports to communicate involvement and results of quality activities.
•Identification of Punch List Category and coordination of punch list closure.
•Responsible for Punch List Clearing to ensure that the installation of all electrical equipments are completed and accepted by the Clients.
•Update the daily inspection reports and dispatch the punch list to the Construction engineer to rectify as per the project specification and Client requirements.

LV & HV Motors and Power Cables Installation inspection.
Cable Tray and Conduit installation inspection.
Pre-Commissioning of Low Voltage and High Voltage Cables, Power Transformers, Switchgear, Controlgears, Lighting, Distribution Boards and Motors.
•Documents data obtained during all Quality activities consistent with Client and Company Policies and Procedure.
•Responsible for Punch List Clearing to ensure that the installation of all electrical equipments are completed and accepted by the Clients.
•Preparation of Electrical QC Dossiers for Submission to the Client
