-Responsible for installing and deploying Huawei ATN and Huawei NetEngine8000, Huawei OSN, OSP integration

● Plan the activity after performing the surveys of each site for collecting complete site data like tower height, cables lengths, existing equipment, site access issue and make a report of this data.
● Suggesting the new equipment of each site with respect to its existing equipment and making sure the collection of the new equipment from Huawei Warehouse.
● Following each Huawei’s Environmental Health and Safety measures to avoid any tragedy at site.
● Dismantling the old Huawei’s Base Transceiver System (BTS) cabinet and its old version of boards, GSM Radio Filter Units (GRFUs), old version of Remote Radio Units (RRUs), old version of Katherine Radio Frequency antennas, and all types of cables connected to this equipment.
● Installing and commissioning of the new Huawei’s Base Transceiver System 3900L (BTS3900L) with Base Band Unit 3900 (BBU3900) including new boards like GSM Transmission and Management Unit (GTMU), Multi-carrier Radio Filter Unit (MRFU), RRUs of new version for 3G and 4G, Huawei’s Penta Band Radio Frequency antennas and all type of accessories related to the equipment.
● Supervising the technicians during all types of field work and giving them instructions according to the situation.
● Maintain the best quality of the installation work.
● Make each site visible to the Network Operator Center (NOC) within SLA after integrating new equipment.
● Full coordination with the Drive Test Team to get the confirmation of any sector swap or low signal level.
● Prepare Preliminary Acceptance Test report and attend joint visit with maintenance team to get the final acceptance of the site.
Project as Transmission Expert. Management of 5 offices, 100 above staff and 575 plus sites (CMPak Project)
Responsible for network operations, optimization and infrastructure deployment in the region.
Handle Critical as well Major problems along with immediate service recovery.
To perform Transmission network inspection and resolve the problems for the smooth operation and performance of network.

Performed alarm monitoring and performance information 24/7 on shifts of Huawei PDH-RTN and SDH-OSN using Huawei IManagerT2000.
Responsible for the Preventive and Corrective maintenance of the BTS & BSC sites.
