Responsibilities at job:
• Manage effective functioning of Configuration Management activities, processing of ECP`s (Engineering Change Proposal), development of Technical Data Pack and management of Change Control Process.
• Preparation of Project plans, scheduling and preparation of budget using Primavera.
• Develop Cost Performance Baseline, monitoring cost and schedule of projects under execution.
• Conduct estimation of manpower, equipment, tools, materials and consumables in consultation with technical teams.
• Producing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports based on the actual achievements and identifying risks and constraints involved.
• Responsible for estimation of materials, utilization & control.
• Prepare daily operations of work packages for site supervisors, management of resources, workshops/site monitoring to evaluate progress and efficiency of resources.
• Evaluate variance analysis for actual performance against the planned performance.
• Monitoring of resource productivities on daily basis.
• Interact with subcontractors and client to discuss about project progress.
• Coordinate with QHSEE team to train and educate the site team and ensure use of safety procedures and equipment
• Preparation of work breakdown structure (WBS) for manufacturing and integration teams.
• Reviewed engineering plans and designs for structures, systems and projects.
• Preparation of progress reports for clients and management.
• Procurement of Raw Materials and Engineering Equipment.
• Assistance in highlighting project bottlenecks and suggesting remedial action.
• Development of Quality Management System procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standard.
• Emphasis the prominence of occupational health and safety to different departments (member of OHSAS 18001:2007 implementation committee).
• Responsible for complete improvement and enhancement of the organization by using established auditing techniques to retain customers, enhance services and generate new business.
• Carry out internal quality audits to assure that allotted locations are in acquiescence with corporate documented procedures as they relate to the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
• Formation of Key Performance indicators (KPI) of different processes.
• Implementation of corrective/preventive actions and location procedures utilizing Six Sigma techniques (Cause and effect, and DMAIC) for continual improvement.
• Planning and accentuation of Quarterly MRC (Management Review Committee) meeting’s Agenda.
• Dimensional inspection of in process and finished parts using conventional measuring tools and (FARO ARM) portable coordinate measuring machine.
• Conduct non destructive testing of structural parts using eddy current flaw detector and ultra sonic thickness gauge.
• Provide technical assistance to construction personnel during lay-out, erection and installation.
• Incoming raw materials inspection and acceptance.

• Mechanical design and analysis.
• Product design, review and analysis utilizing Pro-Engineer and Rapid form XOR platforms.
• Prototype development, to reduce production cost and time through SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) technique.
• Profiled components qualification using non contact digitizer Konica Minolta (VIVID-9i) and photogrammetric equipment.
• Technical supervision during SLS (RS 600) machine periodic maintenance and breakdowns.
