Oversees logistics teams and nationwide overnight delivery services covering more than 70 metropolitan areas, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence. Develops and executes cost-optimized logistics strategies by effectively managing private fleet and contracted carrier networks. Builds and maintains strategic relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, and transportation providers, including negotiating contracts to achieve optimal commercial terms. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align logistics initiatives with business objectives, ensures compliance with transportation and regulatory requirements, and continuously drives process improvement to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall customer experience.

responsible for (HSE) on our site to provide the best customer
services. And solve all logistical problems Operations. Achieve
